The dogs of Chula

There is an unusual number of dogs on the campus of Chulalongkorn University. They can be found either lying under cars or on the sidewalks and sometimes, they can be seen slowly walking in a pack or reluctantly crossing the campus’ streets. When I asked Joy about them she said that they belong to the various schools on campus. Each faculty, or school, takes care of their respective dogs. For example, the School of Engineering has over 100 dogs that are taken care of and fed by the men who are in charge of the parking lots. Unfortunately, they’re not very friendly and they ALL look the same. Interesting, no?
